I suggest that we start with the Puppy 'Dingo' which seems an advanced version. Using an Australian Linux means that local problems have been solved. Like connecting to a local ISP. It also means that anyone can use it on their computer without installing it. If it is on a CD-RW then the program can be edited. Ubuntu may be better but it is so slow it is almost unusable on my computer. Puppy is acceptably fast. Ray
